There’s a lot of ways to promote an event online, such as social media. However, printed materials to hand out are a great resource. Postcards were mentioned, they’re easy and cheap to hand out. Other printed materials like business cards or flyers can help get the word out. The thing is, there’s still some people who don’t go to social media for events. Thanks for sharing!

Actually, I once sent out invitations by using postcards. It was different, it showed the place where the meeting was going to be, it was unusual. I received a couple of positive comments about it a few weeks after, at the event itself.
